First, I want to humbly apologize for not posting the last couple of days. This is not me at all. I fell into a deep depressive state. I reached out to a therapist and we had our first video meeting on Thursday. This will continue weekly until such time our goals are met. Thus things (mentally for me) aren’t back to normal but I hope the sessions we brings me back to some sort of healthy mental state.
You should be able to view today’s reading and/or get an email if you haven’t already. I will go back and post the previous missing days shortly, thus you may get more emails at once. Also people have reached out to me via email or on a post. Thank you for thinking about me. I will respond to those shortly too!
Lastly, I will begin journaling on a daily basis (as recommended by my therapist). I write about how my day went, what I went through, what troubled me, how I got through it, etc. There may be times I just ramble. We’ll just have to see. I’m not sure how they will affect the readings. I assume since I post the readings at 1205am EST, my journaling will not take place until 800is am EST. We’ll work out any kinks later.
I really do appreciate all the support and the concern for my well being. It’s nice to hear this blog is reaching out and affecting people as intended. Your cumulative support as given me the spark to put under my arse and get things straight again.
