Fraud w/ T-Mobile & Bank – Troubles Continue

As mentioned in this post – Financial Issues (second paragraph) on March 28, 2026, I have been dealing with fraudulent transactions on my T-Mobile and bank accounts. At this point, I have placed hundreds of calls attempting to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, it has not. It just keeps getting worse as time goes by.

Today I received notification from the bank that the disputed charge of $900 has been reversed on my old (fraudulent) account. Now they have frozen all funds in my active account. Contacting the bank is absolutely a NIGHTMARE. Their customer service has declined over the years. I probably should not say this but I am – customer service centers for the United State SHOULD NOT be handled by companies in foreign countries. Half the time I can’t understand them. Second, THEY DO NOT LISTEN. They just read a script and talk over me!! Once this issue is resolved I will close the account and get a new account (if I can at this point) at a local bank where I can speak to a real person and follow up with issues if any come up personally. I do understand the banks position (they haven’t gotten there money back) but this whole situation is just so frustrating.

The saga continues with T-Mobile. I have inquired with T-Mobile as to why the money has not sent back to the bank. Apparently they do not issue the refund to the bank. Instead, they outsource is to a third-party gift card company called Onbe Inc. T-Mobile states they sent a request for a gift card back on Feb 14, 2026. First, when I reported the fraudulent transaction to them, they did NOT tell me a refund via gift card would be process. I haven’t even received ANYTHING from them in regards to the disputed transactions. So gritting my teeth, I called the gift-card company.

Again, a non-US call center. Just fking lovely. Though the lady was friendly, again read script, talked over me…same damn thing. I told her superficially I did NOT receive the gift card. She stated she would cancel the gift card and reissue one or offered a check to be issued. Why the hell would you send a $900 gift card to anyone???? Obviously I asked for a check. Processing will take 7-10 business days.

So in the end I have zero money for the next 7-10 business days. In addition, I have two outstanding checks – rent and electricity which will be returned.

I can’t think right now. I don’t know what to do.

To top things off I have a worker’s compensation hearing TODAY because my employer is asking payments be terminated for some reason. I just saw my W/C doctor last week. Her report was sent to the Board. Meanwhile, I got a message from my lawyer stating my presence (via phone) was not needed, however I called back stating I will be virtually present (on the phone). However, they want me to be available 1pm to 5pm (the hearing being at 3:30pm). Either the lawyer’s office will call me or the Judge will call me if I am needed. Again, I stressed to them, I want the lawyer to call me at the beginning of the hearing because I want to be in the while process!!

If worker’s compensation is denied today <—NO NO NO, I am NOT going to think that right now.

I really need to go take a walk but I can’t. I can’t even walk a full block without issues. Perhaps I’ll just sit at the end of my stairs that lead outside. I need a good cry right now and I don’t give a crap if my neighbor sees me.

I have never felt so hopeless in my life right now.

But I have faith I will get through this somehow. This is just a moment in time I need to really push through to its end.

Just by writing this, my mind is beginning to clear. Thank the Gods for that.
