BEWARE: This is a long RANT. I need to start writing in this journal more. I’m in a really bad head space right now but NOTHING harmful. I just need one of those special rooms where I can smash things to get my anger all out. But unfortunately I live in a small town, so it’s not an option. So there it is….

I am in my very foul mood days. First, I wake up to find my glasses on the floor AGAIN and completely unusable. Two, I just got a letter from the Worker’s Compensation Board stating they are reviewing my case for resolution when I haven’t even seen my doctor until the end of the month. Lastly, I just REFUSE to watch any news from any source!! Just let me live in my bubble and leave me the **** alone. I am so done with stupidity in this world..

Bad me but still I’m pissed. I woke up to find my glasses on the floor with left arm completely broken off. They are completely unusable. Stupid me didn’t put them in the case last night, so I accept responsibility. Luckily, I just say to eye doctor last week and I’m waiting for a new pair of glasses. Mostly annoyed but not a good start to my day.

Just got my mail to find a letter from the Worker’s Compensation Board. I am a little surprised because we are in the settlement phase. I have an appointment with my doctor at the end of the month to dispute the findings of the insurers doctor who wrote a report which is completely inaccurate. Instead the w/c Board is reviewing my case for a resolution.

I’m screwed! The insurer’s Dr (let’s just call him Dr H) reported a full disability. Good. But then goes on to say I can do this and that. First, I can’t walk a block. Second, I can’t stand on my right leg at all. I can even stand in one place for long before I feel like I’m going to collapse. I also have consistent pain up and down my leg. Lastly, thought this whole ordeal I have only had six weeks of therapy that resulted in nothing. My doctor has sent me to multiple doctors for various testes and opinions. Every one of them has a different opinion. One in particular sent a report for me on a body part that isn’t even the problem. It was my understand w/c was suppose to help get me back to working (or the process of this whole case). But NO. Various requests from my doctor have all been denied by the insurer (Walmart is my employer) stating “it’s not medically necessary”. While I am well aware of these games the insurer plays, I thought the w/c Board may be able to shed some light on the problems and force the insurer to accept a course of treatment. That is in the past. I’m done.

Now, I am just completely screwed. In front of the Board is a letter from Dr. H which say I have permanent disability YET I am only 20% disabled. That is the reason I schedule an appointment with my doctor but their office is currently going through some restructuring. While I got an appt for Sept 30 back in July. I called today to see if I could see my doctor and they are scheduling appoints in mid-December (except for emergencies). I don’t blame my doctor’s office, In turn, I called my lawyer. The PL(paralegal) won’t hear a damn thing I say. I start to say something and she has to speak over me, contradicting every thing I say. If she would take two minutes to listen, this whole case is about Walmart NOT following policies and procedures. I was told when I got injured, “You’ll be fine”. Then three months later after my leg started giving me problem I was called in the office for “low productivity”.

When I spoke to my manager at the time, I told her, “You want me to open that can of worms.” Her response, “Yes, it needs to be done.” But that is because the two of them don’t get along. Meanwhile I spoke to my store manager who said to file a worker’s comp claim which I did with another manager. No one has ever given me the report filed with w/c Board. Meanwhile, because I said that I had a back injury (‘cus that is what happened, I fell on my back) everyone else is saying right foot up to right knee and degenerative disease. My point again, I NEVER had any injury until the accident happened.

Now the PL wants to file for yet another hearing. One because their office and my doctor didn’t respond to the settlement request (if we agreed or disagree with the w/c doctor findings). I was told about or around the 75 day deadline by the PL the lawyers were aware of my appointment on the 30th of September and not worry about it. Now she is telling me, I should have seen my doctor sooner and my doctor should have filed a report before the deadline. Just f**k off! I have been proactive in this case and you screw me around. You’re the ones who could potentially make a LOT of money but due to your staff, I’m getting screwed and so are yo u. Why did you take the case to begin with for a couple 100 dollars you been paid thus far.

I just want to cry. I potentially will lost everything and be homeless yet again. Because why? I didn’t do something? Screw you. The employer is at fault for not following procedure and my attorney can’t get their shit together. Why does it all fall back on me.

After a brief time smoking a cigarette, I decided to call my old therapist who I haven’t spoken to since November (ran out of sessions). He didn’t even remember me until I told him my story (which I get, you have a lot of patients). Meanwhile, we agreed I would see if I’m covered for more sessions and go from there. Luckily because I am not technically ‘fired’ from Walmart, I do have coverage. Therefore I’m able to speak to him next week. It doesn’t help my current mental state but it’s a beginning….

Then this is this other crap int he world…..

I just can’t control myself anymore. I am NOT watching any news from any source for the rest of the month. Between out dumb ass President (yep I said it!) and the other news stories circulating, I just can’t comprehend what the heck is going on in this world. Did I wake up in an alternate universe because it feels like it! Where do I even begin?Let’s talk about President Trump. For those that support him, I feel sorry for you. Are you so blind to what he is doing to himself versus this country? He is a business man, not a political figure. Get a clue..he wants to make money for himself. He doesn’t give a rats ass for this country. He will do ANYTHING to spoke oil prices, the stock market or anything else that HE IS INVESTED IN. He is making money on the suffering of US, the American people. If you can’t see that, you’re MORE stupid than a rock sitting at my feel. WAKE UP! End of rant. If you want to debate me, so be it. Unsubscribe, I don’t give a rats ass. The President is the worse thing we have ever seen in this country…the Great Depression, WWI, WWII, the Korean War, the Vietnam War are in no comparison to what he is doing to this country. He is putting our soldiers in jeopardy to “make American great again” for his own financial success. He is distancing NATO partners (i.e. Canada and others) because he doesn’t give a damn about agreements we have held for decades that kept us closer as allies. Don’t even think about telling me he’s LIES. I can quote from his OWN television interviews, the man does not EVER tell the truth. For example, “Iran is decimated, no army, no navy, their economy is collapsing. Why doesn’t the people of Iran rise up to overthrow their own government?”. Just one question to rule them all If their military is incapable of anything, why are they still attacking out allies?? H OW do they still do so????Oh it’s a little incursion. NO, no, no. You said period point blank, “Iran’s military is non-existent!” Well SIR, that is a LIE, as well as the multiple other things you attempt to convince the United Stated people is true. It just goes on, on, on and on. Let’s throw lawsuits at everything, tie t hem up in court and do what you want in the meantime? Then when the Supreme Court of the United States DOES NOT favour your side…Opps back to the drawing board. All because you can’t get your name on something or another thing doesn’t go your way. People should have known from your previous TV days on The Apprentice what would happen if elected. Just watch the whole series. Isn’t his administration just as episodes on The Apprentice, “You FIRED…you’re FIRED”. Just because he is President doesn’t mean at any time he is above the law. I hope, in my hearts, that after this man is stricken from his job, he is held to the highest standards of the law of this land and serves time (if he live) behind jail. End of rant.

Let’s see what else is on my mind….

Lindsay Clancy trail. Yes, tragic. Good defense, not being a lawyer myself. However, when the prosecution asks these questions, “Did the voices tell her how to kill her children. Did the voices (do this or that). Each response from the prosecuting witness was, “No.” What is up with the jury? No wonder why they are deadlocked. Probably someone like me who says, “Ya’ll are stupid or bais. But I will NOT waiver that she is guilty.” I don’t care about other testimony or evidence. That, in my mind seals the deal..period and point blank. I will say that women do go through stages she went through but did they act upon such choices?? If so, why is it Lindsay Clancy we only hear about. Perhaps that might have been a better defense.

Oh, no we have Tiger Woods and his DUI trail. The prosecutors agree to give him RECKLESS DRIVING for a plea? OMFGsssss. Money and lawyers, you can get away with anything. He should be held to the same standard any citizen of any state. I respected Tiger as a golf professional. Now, I have no respect what so ever! Shove your golf club up your arse!
